Information you submit through the contact form

When you fill out the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. That information is sent — via an automated server-side function, not stored in a database on this site — directly to an AGC Labs inbox through our email delivery provider, SMTP2GO, so we can respond to your inquiry. We use it only to reply to you and do not add you to a mailing list or share it with any other third party.

The contact form also includes a hidden field and a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge used to detect automated spam submissions before anything is sent. Turnstile is provided by Cloudflare; see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for details on what Cloudflare processes to run that check.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic (page views, referrers, approximate location by country or region, and device type). It is cookie-free and does not track you individually or across other websites — it reports aggregated numbers, not individual visitor profiles.

Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As with virtually any website, Cloudflare's network processes standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages and protect against abuse, as part of normal web hosting infrastructure. We don't separately log or store this information ourselves.

What we don't do

We don't use advertising or retargeting pixels, don't sell or rent any information, and don't share contact form submissions with anyone outside AGC Labs except the email provider (SMTP2GO) used solely to deliver that message to us.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit the contact form and instead reach out through any other channel we've made available. If you'd like a copy of any information you previously submitted, or want it deleted from our inbox, contact us and we'll take care of it.

If what this site collects or how it's handled changes, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
